1-) Participates in resolving risks and issues that are internal and external to the IT Service transition process following the appropriate ITIL methodology (Incident, Change,
and Release) and supports creation of associated Service Improvement and communication.
2-) Manages the full lifecycle of IT Change Management process.
3-) Assigns work, monitors progress, resolves problems and provides periodic status reports to IT leadership and regular communication packets to project participants and senior management.
4-) Schedules and conducts meetings to review all phases of the change management process.
5-) Coordinates infrastructure, application development, and business resources for a smooth implementation of change within the IT environment.
6-) Participates in Change Advisory Board meetings to coordinate change process for upcoming deployments.
