Deliver analysis, design and configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite modules General Ledger /Financial Accounting Hub that meets functional requirements, specifications and timelines and adhering to standards.
Support the business users to analyse in detail, business case, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing processes and workflows using the target technology.
Translate business requirements into high quality user requirements to ensure that the business needs are appropriately described and in line with XXXX processes and policies
Prepare high level functional design options by engaging with divisions and technology partners and steer the design decision through the relevant governance forums inclusive of Project Control Committees and Design Working Groups
Work closely with the other technical, architecture, security and data experts to ensure that the solution meets the user requirements whilst complying with XXXX standards.
Troubleshoot the issues and defects related with Oracle E-Business Suite modules General Ledger/ Financial Accounting Hub
Provide testing support for own deliverables
Delivers required documentation as per agreed standards
Communication and interaction with Senior Managers in XXXX and External Partners on the design options and recommendations
Takes responsibility of personal growth, identifies skills gaps (with the help of mentors) and undergoes relevant trainings as and when necessary.
Contributes to organisational growth by participating in events such as innovation quarterly, learning sessions for academy etc.
4-8 years experience in Oracle Ebusiness suite implementation and configuration
3-5 years Oracle Ebusiness suite implementation experience ideally within the Financial services and/or banking industry
Experience in deploying Oracle E-Business Suite modules General Ledger /Financial Accounting Hub
Experience of working with both on and offshore teams
Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite capabilities and their integration with other Oracle and non Oracle applications
Must have a good track record of successful delivery
In depth Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules & FAH
Knowledge of complex local, regional accounting conventions (US, IFRS)
Large scale Finance General Ledger implementations
Good excel skills, MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Process Maps Creation
Knowledge of DataLoad, Toad, Oracle SQL.
