Roles / Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing technical support for SAP Customers on Power / AIX Platform.
Would involve troubleshooting issues reported by customers and providing resolution in a timely manner.
Collaborate with AIX development team, as necessary.
Role would also involve performing Technology Level (TL) level testing for identified SAP Products and releases on Power Platform.
Creating collaterals / white papers on based technical issues encountered need to be delivered.
Provides a good platform to build knowledge on SAP Products & Workloads, and thereby attain SAP solution expertise on Power.
Proven IT development exposure to working on any UNIX OS (preferably AIX) Level 3
Proven C/C++ or Java development experience - Level 3
Performance / Troubleshooting/Basic OS Administration experience Level 3
Good Analytical skills - ability to wade through huge technical logs and identify RCA Level 4
Proven Communication and Technical Relationship skills Level 4
Basic knowledge of SAP/ SAP Basis - Desired
SAP certification experience with different UNIX Operating Systems
At least 4 years experience in Development experience to working on any Unix OS (preferably AIX)
At least 3 years experience in Performance / Troubleshooting/Basic Administration experience on UNIX OS
At least 4 years experience in development experience (C/C++/Unix)
At least 4 years experience in Good Analytical skills - ability to wade through huge technical logs and identify RCA
At least 2 years experience in Basic knowledge of SAP / SAP BASIS administration
At least 2 years experience in SAP certification experience with different Unix Operating Systems.
