. Motivating the Team members the Team.
. Responsible for Individual as well as Team Targets.
Ability to understand the requirements and quickly present the profiles in time and help the team members, whenever required
The candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
The candidate must have the ability to interview job candidates effectively and assess candidates accurately.
Must have experience working with job boards (Monster, CareerBuilder, and Dice) and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter).
Must have a team player attitude and to work efficiently by himself/herself.
Experience recruiting W2 Candidates (W2 Hourly) is required.
