Job Description

Education Any University Graduation & appropriate recognized

Technical qualifications

Key Responsibilities and Specific Account-abilities:

(Results this role is expected to accomplish) Including but not limited to:

Requirement Analysis and implementation of business requirements

Requirement gathering and documentation for new system development or customization of existing system

Creation of business process maps and use cases
Analyze financial and application risk

Deal with internal and external business and IT stakeholders.

Plan and Manage end to end IT Global Implementation and product integration with different ERP systems and other third party systems

Participate in all necessary steps during system development life cycle to ensure business & functional requirements are met. Facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives.

Engage in data migration activities.

Prepare and review the QA and UAT test scripts. Manage UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign off

Preparation of project documentation and training manuals

Facilitate training and workshops as part of IT implementation

Preparation of reports and presentations

Vendor Management, SLA, Business Continuity Management

Change and Release Management

Basic knowledge of infrastructure

Objectives & Measurement:

Specific measures to be developed in conjunction with the successful candidate, but the core areas of measurement for direct responsibility will be focused on:
o Contributions to IS platform implementation projects;
o Quantitative measures around master data quality and usage;
o Delivery of project management to the satisfaction of Group, Divisions and Companies;
Successful, on-time, in-budget delivery of project milestones according to agreed plans

Deep-seated knowledge of line of business and functional systems in Manufacturing and Service environments, including ERP, CRM, SRM and PLM;
Additional knowledge of SAP, SRM and CRM packages would be an advantage;
Knowledge of international data privacy laws would be an advantage

Experience in working internationally and multi-culturally;
Experience of proactive communication to and direct interaction with, staff at senior and Board levels
