Job Description

Position- Team Lead 

Years of Experience- 7 to 8 years

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Plan, Collect and track resource requests from all delivery teams 
  • Resource allocation and tracking resource movements 
  • Maintain Resource related data like Name, DoJ, Cost Center, Reporting Manager and so on 
  • Vendor Management including working on Contract Management, Purchase Cycles, Invoicing and Budget follow ups.
  • Ability to prepare meaningful reports to track various KPI like Pyramid structure, Attrition, Budget/ Head Count Forecast, Asset Management and others 
  • Ability to build operational/ organizational level metrics and follow them.
  • Have good interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups like delivery team, support team, MD's office and between different groups of people like admin staff, senior managers, developers and others.
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail and precision
  •  Excellent usage of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - prepare charts, pivots etc
