Mandatory Skill/ Experience Required:
1.Good communication skills
2.Fluent in spoken and written English language
3.Experience required in delivering On-The Floor Process Training for (Technical or BPO processes)
4.Domain Specific Process Knowledge required in the domain the candidate has experience on example - technical, finance, insurance, collections, accounts, etc.
A.Floor Support Training- This covers the major scope (80%) of training responsibilities. A training methodology, where the trainer stays on the floor with the team and provides individual coaching/ feedback to the target audience.
B.Classroom Training The scope of delivering classroom training is less (20%) as compared to floor support. The following subjects fall under the purview of classroom training.
