Produce timely responses to executive inquiries.
Manage payroll specific tax processes from beginning to end.
Track and manage state and federal payroll notices, internally and externally with third party provider.
Prepare and audit merger and acquisition historical data.
Produce support for state and federal payroll audits for multiple locations and business partners.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
8+ years of relevant experience in tax, payroll or related finance or customer service role
Relevant 4 years of North American tax and/or payroll experience in a large customer-oriented corporate environment.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
Advanced report writing experience within ADP or PeopleSoft
A strong desire to exceed expectations and strong interpersonal skills, including persuasive written and oral communication skills
Background in payroll processing or payroll tax
Experience with technical auditing and process improvements
Proven experience delivering a high level of customer service
Ability to successful manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
