Consultants with (Preferably) PeopleSoft HCM functional (Specialization in e-Recruitment / e-Performance etc) consulting experience in the range of around 5 to 10+ years of experience in working on projects of different type (Implementation / upgrade / AMS etc). Ideal candidate will be someone with professional background (MBA HR, for instance) and trained on Taleo. The candidate must possess Implementation certification from Oracle for Taleo and must have worked on at least 1 Taleo Project end to end.
o Ability to be independent and hand-on where required in order to delivery Peoplesoft solutions.
o Ability to independently evolve and implement analytics based on the requirements and also propose key enhancements and improvements around performance etc.
o Ability to mentor and direct the team where required with technical and lead skills as part of deliveries..
o Ability to display clarity of thought set clear expectations with stake holders, articulate the deliveries in terms of dates and time lines, also ability to clearly communicate all plans and outcomes with stake holders
