Job Description

Change Manager :

Total exp should be of minimum 5 years

Relevant : 5 Years

Exposure to one or more of the infrastructure technologies such as Unix, DBA and Windows Servers

Exposure to ITIL processes. ITIL foundation certification is not mandatory, but will be an added advantage.

Problem Manager :

Total exp should be of minimum 5 years

Relevant : 5 Years

Location : Anywhere to India

ITIL V2 / V3 Foundation Certified mandatory, Practitioner certification preferred

Minimum of 5 yrs experience in Problem / Incident Management

Experience in driving proactive problem management, trending and experience with providing inputs for service enhancement and service improvements.

Open to work in shifts

Provide consultancy in Problem Management issues for the clients contacts and other regions as a SME for problem management.

Lead and provide guidance for all problem related issues across the clients service. Address all other issues on time to avoid any impact. Participate and facilitate meeting as and when required by the account. This role involves not only reviewing problems but identifying process improvements, ensuring that correct RCA's have been performed across the problem records for severity 1 and severity 2. Promotes and supports the development of Service management processes to all groups interacting with problem Management.
