This position provides leadership for the Datacenter Computing and Storage architecture, implementation and ongoing development of datacenter computing and storage technologies and services.
Under general direction, configure, implement, and manage the on-going operations of global Agility storage; design and configure both production and Disaster Recovery links for systems and servers, ensuring high-availability to all electronic data and applications; integrate backup/restore operations and proactively manage the efficiency, reliability, and business continuity of all Agility infrastructure.
Architect, recommend alternatives and implement the agreed solution for improving the availability, scalability, performance and management of Storage systems virtual and cluster computing services and entire datacenter services
Design, develop and implement related Service Level metrics, document related infrastructure strategies and capacity plans, system monitoring, backup and recovery processes for computing systems and associated internal and external business services.
Support, configure, monitor, and optimize system performance to satisfy increasing storage demands, growing application complexity, and high-availability requirements of identified critical systems and services.
Provide expert technical leadership to staff resources responsible for business systems infrastructure, productivity technologies and electronic services.
Provide proactive leadership for the ongoing planning, configuration, contingency/backup mechanisms, and application hosting to support new and existing products and services that require high-availability and high performance electronic services.
Conduct Internal trainings and updated design awareness sessions on a regular basis for Operations teams
Extensive cooperation, interaction and coordination with all levels of Agility employees -- from End-Users to Group CIO and Country Managers- across all countries of operation and all Lines of Business.
Actively foster and maintain relationships with key constituents and ensure positive service image in the user community.
Build consensus and be able to negotiate within Governance and internal partners.
Manage multi-cultural and multi-lingual team which may be virtual in nature.
Manage the workflow and resources of the team to meet targets in line with guidance from direct Manager.
Coach, develop and motivate the team, both individually and as a group, including performance appraisals.
Coordinate vacation and training schedules within the team to optimize productivity and quality standards.

KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Minimum 8 years experience in a leadership role in a high performance internet working environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Design, Architecture, Operational Management and Disaster Recovery in Storage and Computing services.
Minimum 8 years' experience in Storage Field specific to NetApp and EMC technologies
3-5 years experience in Systems Administration, performance management, and monitoring disciplines.
Experience in international infrastructure provisioning and service performance management is desirable.
Must work well in a structured change management environment.
Very familiar with best practices and technologies for Clustering, Server farms, Caching, and Load balancing. Exposure to IBM, HP Enterprise server technology is desirable. Planning, Design experience in utilizing high-availability software, VMWare, Hyper-V, hardware, RAID, and backup/recovery strategies, familiar with Business Continuity/Disaster recovery practices.
Advanced Knowledge in Design, Implementation, Operations and Troubleshooting of EMC VNX, NetApp FAS/NAS and Iselone Storage Systems
Working knowledge of leading Architecture principles and Infrastructure best practices including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) model. Solid understanding of scripting/development languages such as, C and Java. Strong knowledge of Window 2012, Exchange 2013, SharePoint 2012 required. Familiar with Enterprise Storage technologies (e.g. Storage Area Network (SAN)/Network Attached Storage (NAS)). Exposure to iSCSI storage and clustering/data backup (NetBackup) technology desirable.
Working knowledge of leading Performance Management technologies (System Center) and best practices.
Working knowledge of personal computing infrastructure (WinTel operating systems/hardware and productivity applications), and emerging personal digital assistant technologies (handheld PDA (Blackberry), etc)Design, develop and implement related Service Level metrics, document related infrastructure strategies and network capacity plans, storage monitoring, storage DR processes for computing systems availability and associated internal and external business services.
Ability to support, configure, monitor, and optimize storage performance to satisfy increasing storage demands, growing application complexity, and high-availability requirements of identified critical internet, electronic and voice products and services.
Ability to provide expert technical leadership to staff resources responsible for business systems infrastructure, productivity technologies and Storage Services and proactively suggest improvements and new technology to improve functionality of storage and computing services

Define critical points of the network and recommend the best way in designing it to prevent future failure.
