Good understanding and 4+ years of experience in ITIL framework, change management, release management, problem management and incident management.(ITIL Certification preferred)
Minimum of 2+ years Travel and expenses (T&E) systems experience in either Concur , or any T&E systems like Ariba(SAP), IBM, Oracle, Apptricity, Cybershift, Insperity, Infor Global Solutions, and SutiSoft .
4+ years of experience in providing technical support for applications.
Experience of supporting application interfaces e.g. application to SAP
Solution oriented approach and exceptional problem solving/Analytical skills.
Clear and Effective communication skills (Written/Verbal).
Effective analytical skills.
Experience in resolving Day to Day queries regarding usage of CONCUR (or any T&E / transactional finance systems) and related activities.
Experience with application security.
Willingness to Analyse, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment.
Experience in Facilitating service review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, suppliers, and end-user representatives.
Experience in any reporting tools.
Experience in any ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Service Center, Remedy , Perigrine etc.
Good to have but not mandatory:
Experience as a Concur T&E integration developer.
Exposure to SaaS integration tools (e.g., EIB, Studio, Core Connector)
Experience with the various technologies involved in SOA development (XML, XPath, XSLT, Web Services, etc.)
Fluency in Web Services standards and technologies (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.)
Experience with the SaaS lifecycle (implementations and upgrades).
Ability and willingness to develop creative solutions.
Experience with SAP as upstream/downstream system will be a plus.
Exposure on Global distribution systems such as SABRE, TRAVELPORT, AMADEUS
Exposure to SAP PI configurations and support (interfacing with multiple applications)
