a) Strong hands on BSS Solution designing and integration experience involving CRM, Customer care, Charging, Billing, Mediation, Provisioning, ESB, Middleware etc for large engagements in Telecom domain.
b) Must be part of at least 2 E2E implementation projects from requirements phase till go-live.
c) Must be able to conduct requirement workshops with customer to understand the business requirements and convert into functional requirements, business process flows & solution documents.
d) Must be familiar with eTOM principles and ability to provide industry best practices.
e) Good understanding and experience in SOA Principle & Governance and Web Services have experience in integrating with other solution modules.
f) Must have good experience in pre-sales, business-development and response to RFPs
g) Must have worked in customer facing role and have good international working experience
h) Researches and evaluates alternative solutions, and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution with focus on minimizing customization.
i) Ability to handle customer discussions effectively from customer site and interact and co-operate with multiple stakeholders both internal & external.
