o 9 to 15 years of consulting experience , minimum of 4 years of experience in SFDC implementations
o Understanding of the product from functional perspective, able to map requirements to technical features.
o Hands on experience in implementing projects using agile methodologies
o Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple teams across the globe
o Understanding of entire SDLC process and various methodologies
o Should possess good amount of experience in Analysis, Requirement gathering, Elicitation and testing
o Willingness to undertake frequent travels -- short term or long term across the globe
o Good experience in developing high impact presentations (PPTs) for internal and external customers. Must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders. Ability to conduct walk throughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders.
o Ability to build and maintain client relationships, able to comfortably converse with all facets in the client's organization.
o Hands on experience in driving RFI / RFP and other proposal activities
o Demonstrates strong leadership skills, ability to mobilize, build and motivate teams, a strong sense of personal initiative, and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader.
o Excellent solution evaluation skills. Drive technology solutions from a holistic and business value perspective.
o Having good exposure to data migration, integration, mobility
o Knowledge of SQL, RDBMS and SOA design principles, programming experience
o Able to handle complex projects from conceptualizing to Going-Live
o Good to Have:
Should have published white papers, point of views and other thought leadership activities
Quality awareness -- Preferred work experience with SEI-CMMi or ISO9000 or Six Sigma
Exposure/Experience in Agile SCRUM methodology"
