8 - 10 years experience in Telecom business in the area of Rating and Charging.

Bachelors degree in Engineering or any other equaling
Maintain Ericsson suite of applications in the area of customer Provisioning and activation
Resolve incidents within defined SLA.
Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions in complex environments for specific fields/areas
Provide workarounds where no immediate solution can be provided
Provide solutions in complex environments in cooperation with next level support
Assume functional responsibility for the area in incident solving
Management Escalation handling
Work as functional expert in de-escalation and war rooms
Analyze Incident pattern and trends in area of functional expertise such as increasing incident income and identify the root cause.
Having good understanding in Telecom provisioning and activation domain.
Basic level knowledge of SIM inventory management.
Understanding of customer provisioning and activation process
Experience in Installation , Upgrade and Migration of Ericsson OSS applications (e.gOrderCare, EMA etc)
Hands on experience in Database management tools, Able to define backup and recovery using tools.
Basic level knowledge In Linux / Unix Administration
Ability to do Performance tracing and identifying the root cause of the problem.
Good understanding the authorization concepts
Good understanding of interfaces between OSS to non-OSS technologies
Good analytical skills in Technology area.
