Design the process as per the Business requirement and with minimal supervision
Project/team leadership of the efforts to maintain and operate an ITIL-compliant Change Management process
Lead/participate in the ongoing IEC/ISO 20000 Re-Certification efforts representing Change Management
Participate in the IEC/ISO 27001 efforts currently being initiated.
Work with assigned Business Units to ensure the impact and risk of system changes (infrastructure and application) are adequately assessed and follow the Change Management controls processes
Periodically facilitate and participate in/provide contribution to assigned Business Unit change meetings ensuring that changes with enterprise impact are identified for Enterprise Change and/or CIO Change review and ensure that the appropriate approves are defined for each change
Provide Service Manager tool user assistance to customer base and provide input to the Change Management requirement.
Participate in and provide contribution to the Daily Major Incident Review and Enterprise Problem Management processes with focus on change and release-induced incidents and corrective actions
Track and provide critical incident status to change management oversight management
Lead/participate in change freeze and restriction processes requiring more stringent change ticket scrutiny.
Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and ability to generate adhoc reports using excel spreadsheets.
OBIEE reporting knowledge is preferred
ITIL foundation course completion will be to the candidates advantage
A strong working knowledge of the change, incident, problem, and configuration management processes with focus on change management controls and an understanding of potential impact and risk analysis is required
