Minimum 4 year of hands-on experience with workstation hardware, including assembly, troubleshooting and components replacement.
Minimum 4 year of hands-on experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of workstation operating systems: Windows XP, Windows 7. Mac OS and Win 8 experience a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot Operating System, file system and general workstation issues.
Experience with installing, managing and maintaining local and networked printers, including basic printer troubleshooting.
Minimum 4 year of hands-on experience with installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Office (versions 2007 and above), Internet Explorer, Symantec anti-virus applications, Windows Updates and printing utilities.
Ability to interface with Line-of-Business Application and Hardware vendors technical support for level 1 troubleshooting.
Should be able to troubleshoot network related issues.
