Job Description (Overview of Role)

Individual will be responsible to provide L2 & L3 support which involves resolving incidents, performing change requests, monitoring jobs, app maintenance, co-ordination for server maintenance, etc.


Perform root cause analysis with end users in troubleshooting and resolving issues
Support maintenance activities on Time within SLA
Resolve issue with upstream/ downstream interface jobs (OBS, Resource, Project)
Adhoc reporting as required by business partners
Identify Risks and impact analysis
Involve in client meetings and Implement client requests
Monitor production jobs & enhance the performance of the jobs
Create and update system documentation
Automate existing manual processes


Essential Skills:

University degree
6 - 8 years of experience in Ariba, Java, Oracle
Experience in JIRA
Communication and Analytical skills

Desired Skills:

SQL Server, SharePoint (including SharePoint Designer and Business Connectivity Services)
Visual Studio, RepliWeb
