4 to 8 years of experience in Security domain especially in Identity & Access Management with at least 4 years in Tivoli Access Manager
Experience in Incident lifecycle management in a managed service environment using Tivoli Access Manager, TDI & TDS
Working with incidents, incident management, root cause analysis, availability management
Should be well versed with Application server(Websphere) knowledge along with exposure to SAML
Good knowledge of scripting in Unix for reporting, debugging and other requirements as necessary.
Have a sound understanding of application integration, deployment processes, and testing in distributed environments.
Sound experience of performing troubleshooting, debugging and escalating using relevant tools/systems.
Good grasp of Internet and networking protocols, associated services (http/s, ftp/s,DNS, IPv4/IPv6) and overall concepts.
Should have knowledge of ITIL.
24x7 production environment, candidate should be fine to work in all 3 shifts.
