Specialist troubleshooting skills on Lotus domino, MS Exchange, Sametime, traveler , Lync / OCS and Blackberry during any critical issues.
Manage customers Lotus domino, MS Exchange, Sametime, traveler, OCS/Lync and Blackberry environment remotely from Integrated Management Center in rotating shifts to cover 24/7 support if required.
Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Capacity Management of Domino, Exchange and Blackberry with messaging collaboration applications.
Ensure the response and resolution of the incidents always maintained as agreed with customer.
Extending support with onsite engineers to address Outlook / notes / Blackberry client issues as and when required.
Extending technical support to L2's to Perform routine Lotus Domino / Exchange / Blackberry administration tasks such as Monitoring Queue, ID creation, recertifying Notes users, AdminP db, synchronizing users' mail file, log rotation, database maintenance, maintainance of clusters, etc.
Vendor Coordination for any product defects / issues and on time escalations to tower manager.
Week end Extended / On call support during any emergency / Scheduled Activity / Business requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Installation and configuration Lotus Domino up to 8.5.x and Exchange up to 2013.
Installation and configuration of Sametime, OCS/Lync & Traveler.
Installation and configuration of Blackberry Enterprise Server.
Domino / Exchange cluster monitoring and management.
Domino / Outlook Web Access installation and configuration.
DAOS installation and configuration.
ID Vault installation and configuration.
Configuration of Server and SMTP connection documents.
Mail Queue monitoring and management.
User, Group & Contact Management on Lotus Domino, Exchnage,OCS, traveler & BES.
Performance monitoring and tuning the Lotus Domino,Exchange, OCS, Sametime, traveler & BES.
Fix pack / Patch Management for Lotus Domino, Exchange, OCS, traveler & BES.
Backup Management for Lotus Domino, Exchange, OCS, traveler & BES.
Report generation and submitting to customer as agreed.
Expert in Domino, Exchange, Sametime, Traveler, Lync & BES product architecture and design.
Expert on trouble shooting these products and coordination with vendor for any product issues.
Service Requests, Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity & Configuration Management of Domino, Exchange, Sametime, traveler, OCS/Lync & BES.
Exposure on any 2 SPAM, Antivirus and Content filtering gateway products such barracuda, bright mail, trend etc is going to be added advantage
Building knowledge base on Lotus Domino, Exchange, OCS, Sametime, traveler & BES.
Good interpersonal skills and ITIL framework,
Total Experience-8-10 yrs.
At least 5 years experience in Lotus Domino upto 8.5.x
At least 5 years experience in Exchange server upto 2013
At least 5 years experience in Blackberry Enterprise Server
