Exp- 5-10 years
Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, design, and implementation.
Strong experience on Server, Application, Database Monitoring using SCOM.
Experience on Operations Manager 2007 R2, System Center Operations Manager 2007 is an added advantage
Understand Microsoft Management technologies, including Active Directory services (AD), Exchange , SQL, Windows and Unix administration skills.
Administration of System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Planning, Designing, Implementation and Support of System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Manageability ( IT Life Cycle management) : SCCM/SMS.
Hands on experience in Operating system Deployment using SCCM.
Installing and Configuring the Primary, Secondary and Distribution point servers in the Environment as per the process.
Trouble shooting the Central, Primary, Secondary and Distribution points and Branch Distribution points
Enable and Maintain the Software Distribution functionality.
Enable and Maintain the Patch management functionality.
Enable and Maintain the Reporting functionality.
Installing and trouble shooting the Data Base ( SQL )
Managing the Site Database Health Issues.
Should have good knowledge on SQL Queries .
Validating the pre-requests for the server builds and re-builds.
Configuring the BITS and Band Width Throttling settings on all the Primary senders for the sites based on the Criticality of the Site.
Experience in Small and Medium scale enterprise environments.
Experience with infrastructure technologies, including networking, server support, PC HW and SW technical background
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Systems Center including Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Strong thinking skills in problem resolution and event management.
Working experience for MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server .
Working & understanding of Data management (for example File Servers, Storage, SharePoint)
Capable of multi-tasking, good time management, and prioritization of workload.
Working knowledge of backup solutions
ITIL Foundations certified
Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
Learning your customer's business and drivers in order to ensure that your work products support their mission.
Ability to work with diverse, integrated, deliverable-driven teams to accomplish the larger mission.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks/initiatives with multiple deadlines.

At least 6 years experience in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) /System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) deployment and infrastructure knowledge including troubleshooting, design, and implementation.
Candidates should be working on L2/ L3 support and willing to work on rotational shifts.
