Job Description:

Experience on Imaging , software distribution, packaging , anti virus , patch mgmt,encryption etc. Having knowledge and minimum experience of 1 year on at least 2 service lines (combination of Application/Desktop Virtualization/VDI (Vmware/Citrix/Microsoft Hyper-v) .Experience in Operating system migration projects (Earlier Windows OS to Windows XP/Vista/Windows7)
Experience in tools (At least 2) involved in application management like WiseStudio/Adminshield/SCCM/Marimba/Microsoft ACT/Changebase/Citrix XenApp. Should have Good know-how and working experience on ITIL process/frameworks specific to desktop support functions and must be having excellent communication skills.
