Job Description

Responsibilities:
Administration of Windows servers, Active Directories, ESX servers.

Administration of Linux server

Administration of Office 365

Administration of VMWare servers

Installation and troubleshooting of databases (e.g. SQL express , MS SQL servers )

Administration of Antivirus on servers and clients

Administration of backup on Windows servers

Installation and troubleshooting the applications used in our organization

Administration & monitoring ticketing system

Software deployment & update

Supporting all levels of IT infrastructure, from desktop support to troubleshooting complex companywide issues

Working on a number of other technologies including VMware, Citrix, EPABx, Access controller systems, IP based CCTV surveillance, Mail filtering systems, a variety of hardware but most importantly providing remote support to all these systems.

AD , policy management , file sharing , access rights ,

W2K8, W2K12R2, Office 365

DNS , DHCP , WINS

MS Outlook

License management

Cloud environment (GoogleApps , Google drive)

Backup Technologies Netbackup, Symantec

Asset management

Software deployment

Patch Management , desktop policy management

Web servers , SharePoint

Hardware Knowledge of Dell Servers

Must have knowledge of:

VMWare

NAS , SAN

Basic network concepts

Mail Filtering

DMZ

SQL Express

Good to have knowledge of:

Firewall Technologies

Android , Blackberry , IPhone Enterprise mobility management

Microsoft Exchange Server

Disaster recovery knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience

Good English language skills (written and oral), including the ability to communicate well on complex technical issues in both one-to-one and large group settings

Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills.
