1) ITIL V3 foundation certification

2) Customer handling skills

3) Basic knowledge of Active Directories

4) Troubleshooting skills of Desktop/Laptop related issues.

5) Analyzing the issues and prioritizing it accordingly.

6) VPN troubleshooting skills - Software/RSA token/Access.

7) Email Etiquettes

8) Must have Good Communications Skills

9) Multitasking approach.

10) Basic knowledge about outlook/Lotus Notes troubleshooting, PDA devices, network and printer issues.

11) Exposure to Ticket/incident logging tools.
