Job Description


8-12 years of experience in Data Center Network and / or Global Wide Area Network Architecture, Design, and Implementation
Experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst devices, Load Balancers, Backbone and Edge Routers.
Strong networking concepts including Switching, Routing and Virtualization
Experience with various routing protocols like OSPF and BGP

Experience with QoS/CoS, MPLS or DWDM or Metro Ethernet technologies
A solid understanding of the various Data Center infrastructure components (OS Platforms, network firewalls, routers and switches, storage and compute)
Ability to understand and refine clients' business requirements and non stated requirements and convert it into a cost effective Solution Design.
Experience in development, implementation, design and architect highly available solutions
Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to understand and manage consulting project engagements.
Experience in developing data center design, architecture and implementation plans, and managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles of data center related projects.
Experience in developing global wide area network architecture, design, implementation and migration
Excellent hands-on knowledge on the best-practices of deploying the data center solution.
Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written skills)
Excellent skills in Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a must

Additional GOOD TO HAVE Skills:
Consulting experience.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, CCIE) will be a plus .
Exposure to cloud related technologies.
Exposure to one or more of ActiveDirectory configuration/administration, Juniper SRX, Iron Port, CA IDM and CA Siteminder, ArcSight, CyberArk, Encase, NetApp or EMC devices is a plus.
Exposure to IP Telephony will be a plus

Instill customer confidence by working with prospects at both a technical and business level
Implement complete project life cycle - from capturing customer requirements to delivering solutions on time
Be the single point of contact for managing engagements with customers, becoming their trusted technical advisor, and a subject-matter expert
Contribute to practice development by creating reusable components and sharing key project-learnings within the practice
Execute proof-of-concepts
Assist customers and internal teams in defining and responding to RFPs / RFIs
Participate in and actively support mentoring relationships within practice

MCA / BE / Btech

Additional Skills Required:
Able to communicate with the users and technical teams
Worked in an offshore/onsite engagements
