Job Description is as follows:
The ServiceNow Admin/Developer will be responsible for the following:
-Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows
-Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
-Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality create script to automate rote tasks being done in ServiceNow
-Performs integrations and process automation using ServiceNow.
-Work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed.
-Hands on knowledge on Auto Discovery.
-Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
-Performs system and integration testing with sample and live data
-Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application
The ServiceNow Admin/Developer must meet the following qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery
-2+ years of experience as a System Administrator of a ServiceNow
-Knowledge of Active Directory, and relevant IT architecture experience
-Required ServiceNow Training: ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area is preferred
-ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
