Candidate must have experience in Remedy development
Support clients and internal business processes based on Remedy AR system
platform. In particular, deployed Remedy Incident & Problem Management, Asset
management and CMDB, Remedy Change & Release management, SLM, Smart IT and My
IT with customization and built in-house applications.
Will be involved in developing new custom applications or customizing OOTB
Will be involved in providing production support if needed for the supported
Will be involved in Installing patches on applications if required
Will design testing plans and carry out the testing for the above.
At least 5 years of aggregate specialized experience in IT industry.
At least 3 years of aggregate specialized experience in Remedy platform
Good communicating and presentations skills, both verbally and in writing with all levels of Bank staff.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, in a demand driven environment; Initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility in dealing with issues. Ability to prioritize workload and balance conflicting demands.
Determined team-work orientation as well as a balanced responsiveness to client needs and requirements; strong practical experience combined with leading roles in traditional disciplines mentioned above.
