Job Description:

- 2-3+ years- experience in Project or Program Office Coordination

- Familiarity with the entire Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

- 2+ years- experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Project Server (2007-2010), including time sheet functionality

- Familiarity with Visio and Visual Studio

- Strong analytical problem solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment

- Immediate authorization to work in the United States

Preferred experience, skills & competencies:

- Associates or Bachelor's degree, especially in a technical discipline

- Advanced MS PowerPoint and MS Project skills

- Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience with IT project implementations

- PMI affiliation
