He/she will work closely with JDA Customers Directed Application support teams providing Application support for all currently supported versions of WMS
Providing Application/Production Support to clients and end users on JDA applications
Provide solution training to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintains critical application, system and infra structure availability at prescribed levels, and in notifying management and user communities when these service levels are not met.
Maintains open lines of communication with appropriate JDA resources, external vendors and customers to develop and foster a strong relationship as trusted advisor to JDA and its customers.
Provide technical guidance in the selection and implementation of external-facing systems, applications and/or infrastructure to meet JDAs security, budget and business requirements/standards.
Works with vendor support teams to resolve application, hardware and software issues for external facing infrastructure / systems to maintain service levels. Implement/maintains technical solutions.
Maintain system availability to acceptable service levels. Notify management and external vendors when service levels are not met to expedite resolution and maintain acceptable customer satisfaction.
Complete assigned work within allotted or prescribed timeframes.
Record time and expenses into time entry system.
Escalate issues that may have negative financial impact.
Maintaining the system by resolving the bugs which has been raised with in the SLA
