Job Description

Basic formulae in Excel (Sum, Sumif, Countif, If, Validations and Conditional formatting) and Advanced formulae in Excel (Vlookup, Offset + Match combination, Index, Indirect, Lookup using multiple criteria)
Advance reporting options like Pivot Tables ( using formulae for calculated fields ) in Excel
Hands on experience with all type of Charts
Preparing Dashboards by automating with VBA
VBA Macros for automating data dump and complex calculation
Intermediate Knowledge in MS Access, SQL
Working with MS Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint (Think Cell)

List of Day to Day responsibilities of the position (If a sample task list exists, please provide)

Preparation of MIS reports using Access, Excel and VBA
Preparing Daily internal dashboards using Excel
Preparing quality reports team wise based on KPIs using Excel, Access and VBA
Reviewing the sales reports & generating required reports based on requirement
Region wise reports and Dashboards using Excel, VBA
Preparing reports to generate spend for MTD, YTD & 12 months rolling
Publish Monthly/quarterly/yearly reports to senior level Management
Creating trackers and calculation tools for in-house use
Creating and maintaining databases for analysis on long-term basis
Usage of trend analysis graph to view the performance of last year, current year and support fellow team members by best practice sharing
Sending Proactive communication to Customers on a periodic basis
