Experienced in Implementation.
Experience in IT Service Management, mainly in Service Transition area (Mandatory) ITIL v3 Foundation certification (Mandatory)
Excellent understanding and hands-on experience of working with SACM process Configuration Planning, Identification, Control, Verification & Audit, Status Accounting & Reporting
Experience in building and maintaining a CMDB/CMS Tools
Expertise in working with BMC Remedy OnDemand (SaaS) platform especially Change, CMDB module
Knowledge and experience of working with Portfolio Management using CA Clarity, BMC Auto-discovery solutions, Event Management using HP OMI, ITSM using Service Now will be an added advantage.
