Job Description

Strategic Projects Lead

We are seeking to shortlist high potential candidates for stated role with a leading corporate client.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Manage day-to-day project activities for initiatives with multidisciplinary groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Develop the project scope and associated deliverable, creating project plans and timelines, and assessing progress toward key performance milestones.
Take responsibility for communicating progress and status of the initiatives in a clear and meaningful way to a diverse audience, including clinicians and senior leadership.
Develop understanding on trends in the environment, compiling market assessments, and developing business plans.
Analysis for management reporting & decision support, coordination & follow-ups.

Key skills and experience:

Exceptional analytical abilities, mature, excellent communication & people skills, high energy are essential
Experienced in Business Planning & Review, Developing and Leading Strategic Initiatives.
Strong Business Orientation and skilled in Business & Financial Modeling and Business Research.
Prior experience of Healthcare is preferred
Ability and strong attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, visual).
Experience with defining the scope of problems and breaking large challenges into small, discrete tasks.
The ability to influence without formal authority.
Significant knowledge of and interest in the field of healthcare.

MBA/PGDM from leading Institutes.
And BE/BTech, MBBS CA, or other degrees with meritorious educational background

Around 7-8 years of post qualification, corporate/consulting experience in demanding roles involving work content similar to stated responsibilities.
