Job Description:

Coordinate and Manage projects in the area of embedded and Connected Devices (Mobile, Tablets, Smart Devices Units) for our customer in the Mobile, Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Health Care domain.
Take full responsibility for managing all delivery and commercial aspects of projects with minimum supervision and provide effective directions and co-ordination support to the project teams and work closely with other Smart Play locations.
The key responsibility is to grow the scale the business operations and grow our footprint in the site to 100+ on Platforms side
The key KPI would be Delivery Growth (existing accounts and new accounts)
Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction (on Projects / Internal resources)

Profile Requirement:

Strong Leadership skills.
Strong project Management skills (any certifications would be an advantage).
Proven Experience in executing Software development and delivery amp; integration projects.
Strategic account management experience in Wireless domain.
Knowledge able in different Platforms (Android and Linux based).
Strong Domain Knowledge in Multimedia, Connectivity, Telephony, etc.
Very good understanding of the Wireless Technology & Domain.
Strong on technologies (for example WLAN, BT, IMS, DLNA, etc).
Strong client Management, Customer interfacing skills.
Good Negotiating skills.
The job requires managing customer interface, managing expectations and negotiating specific contract issues and giving input to pre-sales activities.
Providing accurate schedules, appropriate plans and project costing to the customer and lead project related customer meeting Including defining milestones and metrics for project planning and implementation.
