Job Description

Key Responsibilities

*Business Development

*Serving key Public & Private sector banks in the assigned territory.

*Identifying current requirements of the client and providing time based solutions to them.

*Ensuring timely delivery of the requests as per designated TAT's.

*Monitoring usages of the assigned branches and ensuring optimum utilization of our services.

*Signing off MOU's / National Contracts with assigned banks while ensuring their utilization and subsequent renewals year on year.

*Organizing training programs at branch level to boost the level of sales for-BIR/CCAM's/DDI/Bank Loan Ratings & TEV's

*Organizing theme based events / Knowledge sharing seminars for Banks / Stakeholders and ensuring participation of CXO/CFO Level contacts are part of the relationship building strategy.

*Responsible for the overall Accounts Receivables in the assigned territory.

*Regular meetings -Branches / Head-Office's to ensure visibility at all times.

*Effective monitoring & control of DSO.

*Coordination with the operations and fulfillment team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.

*Maintaining the data / client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically and sharing with management on regular basis.

*Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports are filed periodically as required by the Management.

*Providing market feedback with regards to a product/ price or competition to the senior management on regular basis.

*Suggestions / Feedback for product development to the senior management.

*Coordination with the operations and the fulfillment team to appoint re-investigations if any.

*Demonstrations / Presentations to the client on Value added services offered to key clientele- Online service for BIR/IRPR/Country Risk Reports where the customer directly interacts with the backend team.

MBA or any post graduation with relevant experience of 3-5 year in business development.
Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial Belts.
Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.
Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights.
Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills

Key personnel at Banks, Financial Institutions & Corporates and SME Entrepreneurs.

Primary Internal Interactions

Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.
