Job Description

-Plan for business growth in the state and for achieving annual and long term business goals.

-Ensure profitable business transactions through effective pricing, efficiency of operations / services and cost-optimization.

-Act as liaison between the Head Office and offices at the state.

-Ensure accurate and timely reporting of information from the state to the head office.

-Ensure availability of offices and infrastructure at the state to meet business needs including renewal of lease agreements.

-Ensure compliance to statutory requirements with assistance from Head Office and by highlighting assistance required.

-Ensure timely reporting of incidents that could lead to financial or reputation or other loss.

-To ensure timely collection of receivables from clients and minimize overdue accounts and write offs.

-Maintain good customer relationship by regular contact with customers and timely response to their queries / concerns.

-Risk -mitigation through due diligence of new clients, monitoring of transactions and market intelligence.

-Ensure coordination among functions at the state for achieving business objectives and harmonious work - culture.

-Minimize employee attrition by timely addressing of welfare and administrative issues faced by employees.
