Campus Program Management
Partner with Leadership and HR stakeholders to design and implement a campus recruiting strategy.
This role is an individual contributor role but is supported by a common team of folks so that the work can be executed
Partner with HR business leaders to determine overall capacity needs, on-boarding and training dates
Manage/track candidate pipeline and report recruiting metrics to key stakeholders.
Oversee the development of all recruiting marketing materials including job descriptions, corporate presentations, resume screening materials, interview guides etc.
Plan, manage and track campus budgets.
Should have hands on experience in Campus Hiring
