Driving employee engagement initiatives for the given set of employees, span handled should be 300 atleast.
Should have knowledge and exposure around managing performance life cycle of the employees
Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding the Human resources policies, procedures, practices and decisions
Conducting regular communication sessions with managers and the employees in order to facilitate open and transparent discussions on all work related queries and concerns.
Running the Reward and recognition programs and other initiatives that are evolved from time-time.
Perform meaningful analysis on all the HR metrics and generate analytical reports for management on status/progress/deviance on all HR activities
Handling employee queries / grievances / concerns independently
Should have excellent MIS / Excel skills
Should have preferably worked on Oracle HRMS system.
