Job Description

1. Able to develop new foods and improve existing food production using palm based oils and fats for the Indian market.

2. Must have excellent analytical and research skills dealing with food products preferably palm oil and its products.

3. Candidate possessing food /palm oil related industry work experience is an advantage

4. Ability to make convincing presentations about palm oil at meetings and conferences to the public, investors and professional interest groups.

5. Carry out food chemical analysis and undertaking food analysis projects.

1. Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree or a Ph.D in Food Sciences/ Food Technology/ Food Analysis

2. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in food sciences related activities/ food companies/ food research institutes

3. Experience in food chemical analysis and undertaking food analysis projects is a must have.

4. Candidates between the ages of 30-40 years would be preferred.

5. Candidates possessing palm oil related industry work experience would have an advantage.

6. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

7. Excellent presentation skills. Must have ability to make convincing presentations about palm oil at meetings and conferences to the public, investors and professional interest groups.
