Job Description

* Managing the assigned tasks professionally and efficiently
* Ensuring compliance of regulations, policies and requirements of the off shore/ on shore businesses
* Contributing to the effectiveness of the team by utilizing interpersonal skills to work with members effectively and to communicate across teams in order to ensure smooth operations of the unit
* Continually reviewing all assigned processes in order to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement
* Ensuring total customer satisfaction by providing quality service, that is error free, submitted in a timely manner and communicated effectively
* Processing and decision making as per the Departmental Operating Instructions (DOI) manual and within the timeliness and accuracy standards specified
* Maintain and update process documents (e.g. DOIs, Report glossary) as and when there are changes/enhancements in a timely manner
* Provide support in any data extraction requests by stakeholders from time to time that is required to support the business
* Participate in Projects by performing UATs as & when required * Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time
* Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times
* Support spans across entire gamut of business -- Customer Acquisition, Portfolio Management and New Product Development
* Manage analysis & reporting across all Retail products/segments
