Key purpose of the role includes :
Training manager plays the pivotal role of timely and high quality execution of all training initiatives .This role provides a single window to local business units to help prioritize, plan and deliver appropriate capability building solutions that enhance business results. The incumbent manages and nurtures a team of trainers to ensure high impact delivery of training initiatives.
Major Responsibility Areas :-
Respond to the BU and operational challenges and opportunities to support revenue growth.
Promote solutions and in critical areas formulate proposals fitting exactly to the Business needs.
Agree the value and scope of the Special project with the BU.
Engage directly with the business teams to prepare Training plans, implement recommendations, organize and write business requirements, and participate in new business development.
Facilitate regular governance and action tracking between SSRT (Sales,Service & Retail Training ) function and BU, and ensure timely execution and clear communication from SSRT to Business.
Create and present relevant SSRT(Sales,Service & Retail Training ) SOPs and analyze for preventive and corrective action.
Capability building of Team members and career progression Planning.
A background in sales or service training within a mass customer base environment is a must.Hence candidates from other verticals such as Insurance,Banking,FMCG and FMCD are also encouraged to apply,provided they meet the below set criterion.
Should be able to weigh implications and reconcile the demand/delivery capability to set realistic expectations.
Must be an effective communicator,must have good influencing ability, interpersonal skills and Strong Drive for Results.
Should be a team player and strong at conflict management and resolution.
