Job Description

Profile: SM - L&D (Learning & Development) from BPO, KPO industry.

Responsibilities and Key Result Areas:

* Develop and implement learning and development strategy for the organization in line with
management competencies
* Develop and institutionalize competency frameworks, assessment of learning needs and training plans
* Develop learning modules and programs with internal resources and external agencies support
* Propose and manage L & D budgets
* Be responsible for organizational development initiatives


* Should have hands on experience on delivery and development of behavioral, communication and
leadership training modules
* Should be conversant with delivery models, modes of training, cultural nuances and their implications
* Experience in implementing organization development interventions is desirable
* Ability to communicate and convince leadership
* Ability to build credibility with stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels
* Ability to develop, lead and manage teams
