Job Description

Principal Accountabilities:

- Manage end to end sales cycle: identifying the target markets, preparing the sales plan, prospecting, analyzing client requirements, conducting product presentations and demos, proposing a solution,
negotiations and closure.
- Complete accountability for business development across India.
- Win new business and develop existing accounts - manage end to end sales cycle.
- Managing key accounts
- Identify and create new business opportunities through continuous client engagement.
- Drive and manage internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Build relationships with business leaders and decision makers including - C- level executives.
- Manage and lead a team
