- Develop business plans and sales strategy to ensure attainment of company sales goals profitability
- Work with the Director of Business Operations to set sales targets
- Analyses competitor pricing and product development and report to management
- Collect feedback from customers and work with R D team on product developments/ improvement
- Measure, analyze and report all results to ensure all activity meets agreed business requirements and objectives, and ensure learnings are captured for future initiatives
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to compliance requirements and external regulations.
- Develop customer-impacting initiatives across the company to ensure that they result in a coherent, positive customer experience that will support retention and loyalty
