Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

- Must have 10 years min experience in heavy machinery/ equipment sales.
- Should have business management experience and handling a team size of minimum 5-10 people(sales, costing) in the last 2-3 years.
- Preference for experience in Heat Treatment Furnace sales or allied accessories of furnaces like heaters, radiant tubes, fixtures and trays, insulation material flow control valves etc.
- To prepare sales budget and take care of All India Sales Target.
- Should have sound commercial terms knowledge required for the capital equipment sales.
- Knowledge of project management skills will be an added advantage.
- To control the proper execution of projects.
- To make strategy for further increase the market share in India.
- To take care of customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel around 12-15 days a month and to make relationships with major customers and providing timely service.
- To timely collect all due payments, C Forms,4(5) A challans, Expired BGs, Returnable material challans etc.
- To coordinate with JV partners for any clarifications on Products, Pricing, Delivery and any other issue.
- To prepare monthly Sales MIS together with finance.
- To collect orders lost / competitors information
- To make product catalogues & sales presentation material in co-ordination with marketing department.
- To participate in Exhibitions & Seminars.
- To train sales manpower to ensure that they deliver effectively.
- Any other work assigned by Sales Head from time to time.
