Key Responsibilities in both export marker development & export planning
Responsibilities will include :
Map potential for company's Bus products across countries
Market assessment for selected markets
Deep drill and shortlist countries for understanding competitor products, specs and performers, usage
patterns and customer requirements
Shortlist countries where company's/similar products would be a good fit
Build business case for each of these potential countries to ensure acceptable contribution in alignment
Identify potential distributors, dealers for shortlisted countries
Prepare a clear market entry/launch plan for these countries
Coordinate with other brands of company.
Export Product Development
Understand product requirements for identified target countries
Definition of Bus product concepts for export markets in close cooperation with Product Planning and
Coordinate product requirements for future target regions.
Recruit and build a team for identifying new target regions
Lead, motivate and promote the assigned staff by means of target agreements and performance reviews
based on company's vision. Guarantee internal communication. Insure individual and task related qualification.
Guarantee that the agreed upon goals are achieved.
Comply with all company and location wide regulations and guidelines valid for the transferred area of
responsibility (e. g. safety and environmental-protection regulations, working time regulations, guidelines etc.).
Inform assigned staff about the appropriate regulations and instruct observance. Notice and/or control
Willingness to learn / Train others, Sharing knowledge / experience
Ability to work as a Team, Passion towards continual improvements
Languages Known - English, Tamil
6 Yrs to 8 Yrs experience required in Automobile/Auto ancillary plants.
