10+ years of experience with significant experience in Middle East.
- Lead the New sales and Business development efforts in areas like Analytics/Business Intelligence.
- Develop and implement an Middle-east sales strategy to achieve sales targets in conjunction with the Head of Sales.
- Create a New Sales, Go To Market Startegy, Revenue growth plan,strategic engagement plans.
- Increase service adoption and coverage with key customers by selling to multiple business units, geographies, teams.
- Work closely with offshore delivery and practice teams to ensure delivery ramp-up.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in IT services/Analytics sales currently selling technology services in the Middle East market.
- Have strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers.
- Deep understanding and insights on Business Intelligence, Information Management and Analytics
- Proven ability to meet set revenue targets in a fast paced IT services environment.
- Prior experience of working with offshore/geographically diverse teams is a distinct plus.
- Strong experience in creating a strong lead base, maturing it into a healthy pipeline and converting to logos.
- Strong relationships in the Retail & CPG Industry will be advantageous.
- Valid UAE driving license is must
