Job Description

Peer Relationships
Co-ordinate with:
1)Internal team :Fund Managers, Vertical Heads, Compliance, Operations, Sales Team members, Investor relation team, Accounts team
2)External team :Custodian, R&T Agents & other agencies

Implement and execute market entry strategy for Zonal markets
Develop Potential Investor / distributor map for each Zonal market
Market products & develop strategic alliances with potential distributor
Onboard New Distributors (i.e. Broking company / IFAs)
Manage relationship with existing Distributors / new onboard distributors
Gap analysis of distributor network in terms of business potential vs performance
Extract performance & generate AUM from the existing / new distributors - across asset class
Investor relation management with distributors / clients introduced by distrbutors
Training the distributors and their team
Joining the distributors on joint call with prospect client
Develop relationship with local Institutions (i.e. Banks / Institutions)
Generate AUM from local institutions - across asset class
Meeting HNI clients and generate AUM if referred

Post Graduate Preferably MBA/ Female Candidate
Should have sold private equity and equity market/pms products
Should have existing investor relationships worth 40-50 cr
Should have existing relationships with wealth management firms and regional distributors in the market
8-10 years of experience in Private Wealth Management or Private Banking Arms of banks or AMC in Sales & Distribution (Channel Management) or Worked with large distribution companies
