Evaluate business needs and their impact on manpower requirements; Collaborate with HRM- Deputation to finalize a suitable manpower plan basis organization structure, business requirements and corresponding manpower requirements in consultation with respective departments
Collaborate with HRM Deputation and develop a robust Recruitment Strategy including identification of appropriate sourcing channels, design of the recruitment & selection process, creation of Induction Framework etc.; Understand talent movement and demand in the market and ensure that talent requirements are supported through effective build versus buy initiatives to best meet talent requirements; Incorporate the best practices on recruitment systems and processes prevalent in market and devise alternate sources of recruitment through an effective mix of hiring such as employee reference schemes, campus hiring etc.
Collaborate with Head, Internal Communication to anchor the initiatives to create employer value proposition and ensure communication of employer brand to the prospective candidates at various touch points of the hiring process
Design and/ or implement the Recruitment, Selection and Induction Process for the new recruits into their respective functions; Ensure hiring of the manpower in line with manpower plan articulated
Identify and select external recruitment agencies (if applicable) basis the output and efficiency; Engage with them to communicate vacant position requirements as per the manpower plan and initiate recruitment
Negotiate with external consultants and recruitment agencies (if applicable) regarding contracts and delivery timelines
Identify alternate sources of recruitment and achieve cost savings through effective mix of hiring such as agencies, campus, laterals, referrals, job portals, advertisements etc. and provide inputs for their finalization.
MBA/ PG Diploma in Human Resources / Any similar degree or diploma in HR with 8- 12 years of experience across various domains of the HR function in a large private/ public sector organization
At least 4- 5 years experience in leadership roles in recruitment
Experience of designing recruitment strategies and conducting senior level interviews in large organizations
