Job Description

1. To Plan & execute the approved after sales market processes in the region.
2. To Plan, Initiate Profitable aftermarket sales business /AMC /Rate contracts /paid services /revenue generation, techno-commercial negotiations.
3. Setting up the Spare parts inventory management system with MOQ, Bin Location, and FIFO. Monitor parts availability, MIN, MRN, disposal process for defective parts.
4. Planned executions of approved customer complain handling system, response time, resolution time analysis, recording of feedback process, warranty claim settlement process,
5. Spare parts sales & marketing: Seek market feedback, review parts sales performance report, understand product/ spare quality & design improvement requirements, provide inputs on parts pricing periodically to Asia pacific /regional team.
