Job Description

Our Client, one of a leading BPO is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic-thinking person to join as Sr. Manager -- Operations.

Responsibilities --

* Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
* Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations.
* Keep morale high: Ensure motivational programs are in place and encourage frequent recognitions.
* Promote an open-door policy: Remain available to the team and encourage a collaborative environment.
* Drive Sutherland forward: Oversee, document, and report on project financials.
Qualifications --

Experience Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience in the travel, BPO, or airlines industry
Other Requirements: Have a valid passport.
